SHIPPING ACROSS THE UK

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders for delivery outside the UK at this time.

FREE SHIPPING

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That's why every order ships free of charge to any UK address.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

IronHaus is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered during checkout. Please make sure your billing and shipping details are correct before placing your order. If the error is ours, we will take full responsibility and resend your order at no extra cost.

SHIPPING TIME

All orders within the United Kingdom are delivered within 2 business days.

*This doesn't include our 1-2 business day processing time.

*Delivery to some remote areas, such as the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland, may take slightly longer.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT"

It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the courier's system. If your order shipped more than 2 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us!

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, especially with larger equipment, items from the same order may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've requested combined shipping.
